Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We require a strict 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
Payment and Refund Policy:
All payments for services are final. No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered.
Package purchases are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Aesthetics by Martha, a refund may be issued in the form of a credit.
Any services redeemed from a package will be charged at the full selling price, and the remaining difference will be refunded in the form of a credit.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of services rendered.
As noted above, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
By scheduling an appointment with Aesthetics by Martha, you agree to abide by these terms of service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Aesthetics by Martha, its employees, agents, or representatives for any claims, demands, or actions resulting from any services provided.
It is your responsibility to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Aesthetics by Martha reserves the right to refuse service if we believe it may jeopardize your health or well-being.
